Just stayed one night in a King Room, super clean, comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Only downside was my mother missed having total darkness in the room.

Clean and inviting pool area, well-appointed rooms with lots of outlets, ample storage and drawer space in rooms

Inconsistent cleaning protocols!!! The sliding bathroom doors offer a lack of privacy that I found quite uncomfortable. Also, charging for service animals seems unreasonable and unwelcoming!!!
